Should you discover damage to an item in your gift basket or wish to return the gift basket for any reason, please contact us at (603) 882-3997. We will work with you to replace damaged items as quickly as possible. Our customer service team is responsive and will help you through the steps needed. We do not keep credit card information and may request this information from you in order to provide appropriate credit to your account.

Items that have been used will not be accepted for return. Items that have been removed from the original manufacturer's packaging will not be accepted for return.

Requests for returns or replacement due to damage must are valid within 30 days of the ship date.

The return period for gifts purchased from November 15-December 31 is extended through January 31st.
